My name is Stephan (my wife Lynette is at my side in the photo). I am a senior at Brigham Young University, majoring in Public Health.Even though I love health and cooking and nutrition, I am commissioning in the U.S. Air Force in a couple months to do Missile Operations. I plan on pursuing a Master’s and getting in to a health-related career field soon after my first assignment though.
I started this blog to fulfill a requirement in my Health Technology class, but I think I will continue it, because my wife and I are always talking about nutrition facts we learn, and always trying to better our diet. I love to cook as well. My father grew up in Spain and cooks very well; I have always admired how he makes flavors blend together so well and how he can make healthy things taste good as well. I like to make up recipes, and I think my favorite cuisine is Mediterranean… so basically most things Spanish, French, Italian and Greek, etc.
